We accelerate the expansion of carbon removal together.

BECCS and DACCS is now a reality.

When CO2 is captured and stored, a net negative amount of CO2 occurs. These returned tons of CO2 compensate for necessary CO2 emissions.

Catch23 is buying this climate-positive net from the separators and is offering it to companies that want to offset their existing CO2 emissions that are difficult to reduce. Every ton of CO2 pre-sold, captured and stored helps finance the construction of more BECCS and DACCS.

Reduced emissions are good but not enough. Only when we capture and return CO2 to the ground do we have a chance of reaching the UN's climate goal of net zero emissions in 2045.

We have brought together the actors in the entire value chain.

The platform for BECCS and DACCS is up and running.

When we started Catch 23 in the spring of 2021, we gathered all actors in the value chain. We listened. And we decided to take on the challenges.

The pace and understanding has increased. The political ambitions exists and investment support for technology development is great. Cooperation between the actors is established. So now there is the platform to get BECCS (Bioenergy Carbon Capture and Storage) and DACCS (Direct Air Carbon Capture and Storage) up and running. And it is a necessity for us to reach the UN's climate goals.

The ambition must be clear and the brand rewarded.

We sell validated captured and returned CO2 to companies with high ambitions.

And it should be noticed.

Most companies have reviewed their CO2 footprint and are on a journey towards net zero. But for many, this is a long journey and on the journey you need to make up for the emissions you cannot easily reduce. Doing this with BECCS and DACCS is the future and it should be seen. And, it should give a positive impression on the company's trust, brand and stock market price. In the agreement with us, we help our customers to communicate internally and externally, just as we drive knowledge, development and attitude about BECCS and DACCS for all buyers.
